This season of gratitude, we’re celebrating the people who make Immediate what it is, a team defined by collaboration, care, and dedication to helping employees access their pay when they need it most.

Today, we’re highlighting Erica, one of our Implementation Managers, who joined Immediate just a few months ago and has already made a remarkable impression through her curiosity, professionalism, and genuine passion for supporting both our team and our customers.

When Erica reflects on her first impression of Immediate, she says:

‍“I felt genuinely welcomed by EVERYONE from the start and felt comfortable quickly. I could also see right away that there is a great balance of maturity, professionalism, focus, and fun. The bar is clearly set high and it felt (and still feels) like a privilege to be part of the team.”

As an Implementation Manager, Erica is training to lead new customer implementations while managing transitions and additions for existing customers. She’s also contributing to side projects as she prepares for future onboarding opportunities.
‍

When asked what part of her role she enjoys most, Erica shared:

‍

“Right now I am enjoying learning about the technical side of integrations and about the specifics of payroll processes. I am most looking forward to being able to introduce new customers to Immediate and provide the opportunity for their employees to work toward financial stability.”

‍

Erica’s eagerness to learn and her genuine care for others shine through in every project she takes on. What left a lasting impression on her was seeing the team consistently treat each customer with care and promptly resolve any issues that arise:

“I was able to see how quickly everyone came together to find the problem, communicate, take accountability, collaborate on solutions and create plans to prevent similar issues in the future. And everyone involved still likes each other in the end. To me, this represents the strength of the team and the importance of having the right people in the right positions at the right time, and inspires me to do everything I can to be the right fit for Immediate too.”
